Booking Conditions

We act only as an agent or affiliate. When you make a booking or purchase the contract(s) will always be directly between the supplier(s) and you. Your supplier, not us, is responsible to you for providing your holiday or purchase.

(a). When you click on a link to check availability, make a booking or purchase you will normally be taken directly to the suppliers own website where you can view full details of the offer and make your booking or purchase.

(b). In some instances you may enter search or booking details on our website which we then pass to the travel provider but the final booking will still be made directly with the supplier.

(c). Where you request us to make a booking or purchase on your behalf we act as your agent and will arrange for you to enter into contracts with the suppliers

All bookings or purchases are made subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policy of the relevant supplier which will differ from ours and you should read those carefully before confirming your order.

In all cases when you make a booking or purchase the contract will be between you and the supplier.

HolidaysGo acts only as an intermediary and is not a party to the contractual relationship.
