Travelling to Hampton Court Palace
Hampton Court Palace is located in East Moseley, Surrey approximately 12 miles south west of Central London.
CAR – Sat Nav postcode is KT8 9AU. Limited parking is available on a first come, first served basis, with payment required on site. Nearby parking facilities include Hampton Court Green (500 metres), Hampton Court Train Station (200 metres) and Bushby Park (15 minutes walk).
TRAIN – Hampton Court train station is located just a five-minute walk from the Palace. Train services run from London Waterloo every 30 minutes.
BUS – Services run from Kingston ( 111, 216, 411, 461, 513 ) and Richmond ( R68 )

How long should I allow for my visit?
You are able to spend as much time as you like for your visit, dependent on your entry time. You can easily spend a day or more but we would suggest an absolute minimum of 4 hours.
Visiting with young children
Buggies and pushchairs are permitted in the palace and gardens, but a buggy park is located in Clock Court if you prefer to leave it during your visit.
Can I take photos in the Palace?
You can take non-commercial photographs (without the use of flash) within most of the palace with the exception of the Chapel Royal, the Cumberland Art Gallery and temporary exhibitions.
