The Lion King tells the coming of age story of lion cub Simba who is born to the King of the Jungle Mufasa. His birth unsettles his Uncle Scar who plots with his hyenas to kill both Mufasa and Simba in order to become king.
Following the death of his father Simba runs away from the Kingdom but must finally return and try to reclaim his rightful place as The Lion King.

The Lion King is recommended for ages 6 years and above, children under 3 years of age are not permitted in the theatre.
All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult and may not sit on their own within the auditorium.
The Lion King is playing at the Lyceum Theatre, Wellington Street, London, WC2E 7RQ
The nearest Underground station is Covent Garden (Piccadilly Line) which is approx a 4 minute walk to the theatre
Matinee (Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday) – 2:30pm
Evening performance (Tuesday to Saturday) – 7:30pm
