The monumental, multi-award winning musical Evita comes to London’s West End this summer after a highly anticipated return.
With lyrics by Tim Rice and music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, Evita is a captivating journey through the tumultuous life of Eva Peron, wife of Dictator Juan Peron, as she rises from a disadvantaged upbringing to become one of the most powerful women in Latin America. This gripping story recounts Eva’s rise to power, her work, and her untimely death.
Lloyd Webber’s infamous songs, including ‘Don’t Cry For Me Argentina’, ‘Oh What A Circus’, ‘Another Suitcase in Another Hall’, and ‘You Must Love Me’, are as powerful and awe-inducing as ever painting a vivid portrait of a woman determined to forge her path while staying true to her roots.

Evita is recommended for ages 12 years and over. Children under the age of 4 will not be admitted into the theatre. Anyone aged 15 or under must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and may not sit on their own within the auditorium.
Be aware that Evita does include complex social issues, mature themes, and strong language.

Oxford Circus is approx 2 minutes walk. Head east on Oxford Street, turn right onto Argyll Street and theatre will be on the left.
Evita is playing from 14th June until the 6th September 2025
The evening performance (Monday to Saturday) is at 7:30 pm
Matinee performances are on Thurdays and Saturdays at 2:30 pm
The running time is approx 2 hours and 10 minutes including one interval.
