Booking Conditions

HolidaysGo work with multiple suppliers as either agent or affiliate bringing togther holiday, short break and day’s out offers and ideas in the UK.

(a). When you click on a link to check availability, make a booking or purchase you will normally be taken directly to the suppliers own website to view full details of the offer and make your booking or purchase.

(b). In some instances you may enter search or booking details on our website which we then pass to the travel provider but the final booking will still be made directly with the supplier.

(c). Where you request us to make a booking or purchase on your behalf we act only as an agent, your contract will always be with the supplier of the travel services you have booked.

All bookings or purchases are made subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policy of the relevant supplier which will differ from ours and you should read those carefully before confirming your order.

In all cases when you make a booking or purchase the contract will be between you and the supplier.

HolidaysGo acts only as an intermediary and is not a party to the contractual relationship.
