Heythrop Park is the biggest and boldest Warner Leisure hotel.
This is a new kind of hotel experience, designed just for adults. It has everything to elevate your country escape – golf, a spa, traditional sports and 440 acres of parkland to explore. It also delivers all the cool music, bars, foodie experiences and theatre entertainment you could desire for an exceptional short break.
The hotel is less than two hours’ drive from London, Bristol and Southampton and just over an hour from Birmingham. It sits on the edge of the Cotswolds near Chipping Norton, within easy reach of the A44 which is accessible by either the M40 or M5.

Spa & Wellness
A scented relaxation room, 20-meter pool, sauna and steam room, thermal suite and gym, plus yoga, meditation and fitness classes – all complimentary – nourish body and soul while the lounge offers utter comfort. Orange juice or prosecco? Both are on the menu, and never better than when sipped in the hot tubs on the outdoor terrace!
Championship Golf Course
The 18 hole par 72 championship golf course designed by Tom Mackenzie is a real test of a player’s driving ability as well as accuracy. It twists through 440 acres of undulating terrain with lakes, streams and strategically placed bunkers. Stand-out holes include the 6th beside a fishing lake and the 14th doglegging around ancient woodland.
Daytime Activities – Outdoors
Archery, rifle shooting and laser clays, at least three daily sessions, take place on a weather-proof range near The T Golf & Activities centre.
The sunken bowls green is the place for casual boules and croquet whilst the more active can enjoy Nordic walking, gardener led tours, cycles tours and more

The roll call of activities includes daily quizzes in the lounges and bars, chef-hosted cookery demos and gin and cocktail making – and tasting!
If it’s more gym than tonic, there are dance workshops and fitness, yoga and meditation classes, plus aerobics both in and out of the pool.
Evening Entertainment
Two unique venues within the hotel host big nights out without going out. Both large enough to host musicals and bands but never impersonal, they offer a choice of authentic theatre-going experiences and lively evenings of pop, rock and soul.
Delicious Dining
Seasonal flavours and brave modern dishes feature in the hotel’s three restaurants, plus traditional British classics and time-honoured recipes. Menus feature a generous choice of all things sliced, peeled, baked and slow roasted.
