All rooms are subject to availability at time of booking. All bookings are non-changeable and non-refundable and full pre-payment is charged at the time of booking. No refunds, credits, or changes will be permitted for cancellations, no-shows or early departures.
Breaks with Fastrack is not available to book on stay dates that fall within the Annual Pass Short Break Offer: 21-22 & 28-29 April and 5-6 & 12-13 May
The Merlin Essential Annual Pass entitles the passholder to admission to UK Merlin attractions for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. The Pass will be sent on email via an exclusive code. This code must be redeemed online and the Essential Pass must be activated in advance of the hotel date of stay to allow entry to the attraction. Full instructions on how to redeem the Pass will be sent on email after the reservation has been confirmed. One code will be provided for each sleeper on the short breaks booking. A Merlin Essential Annual Pass is non-transferable even for existing Passholders. Any duplicate Passes will be cancelled.
The Merlin Annual Pass included in the promotion is the Merlin Essential Annual Pass which gives you 339 days’ entry to over 20 top UK attractions. Merlin Entertainments reserves the right to withdraw this offer prior to the stated end date if circumstances beyond its control require. All Pass types are subject to restriction dates and exclusions.
